Policies

• For ALL photography session bookings, book 2-3 weeks before desired date.
• When booking through our website or through social media, please make sure you include your first and last name, your desired date/time and the package you chose. (Packages can be seen on our service page)

For Example: "Hello, I'm Serena Lee, I would like to book January 5th, Friday @3:30pm for a photo shoot package A".

• All Bookings require a nonrefundable 50% deposit, no deposit = no booking.
• All Bookings require a consultation via text message or calls.

Late or Reschedule Policies

• A 15 minute grace period will be given to everyone! But please always keep me updated and message me so I know you are running late.
• After 15 minutes, you will pay a $15 late fee. If you are more than 20 minutes late, it will be an automatic cancellation and a forfeit of your deposit. You will have to re-book and redeposit again.
• The amount of time you are late will be the amount taken off from the amount of the time you booked for.

For Example: Your session was for 1 hour and you were late for 15 minutes, we only have 45 minutes to shoot now.

• If you have to reschedule because you were late for something personal came up, let me know ASAP. We can always reschedule and negotiate your session. If you fail to et me know 1 day before our session, you will have to rebook and redeposit.
• Bad weather is an automatic reschedule with no fee.(Heavy rain, high winds, severe heat or etc.)
